<aside> 👋🏼 Hello! My name is Luisa, and I'm Notion-obsessed. As such, I've spent a ridiculous number of hours making templates and optimizing my workflow. I'm sharing the templates I have come up with, and have personally found the most helpful. Thought it may motivate or guide others who are looking for a way to organize their workspace too.

If you found these useful, you could also get me a coffee ☕️💙

I find the dashboard to be the most practical when it's uncluttered, yet helpful. In this case, I am displaying the tasks or events that are overdue or due today at the top. Under it, there is a list of tasks or events that are coming up soon.
Note that only the entries of type "Event" can have their recurring date calculated automatically, because otherwise they might stop showing up on the Dashboard before they are completed. Instead, those are done more of a manual fashion using the "Frequency" field as a guideline instead.
On the left, I display the page, where I keep track of my mood throughout the year for my own records. Should be a fun analysis at the end of the year. Note that only the day corresponding to "today" will be displayed in the dashboard, just as a reminder to fill it out.
Keep track of your active subscriptions, and what their cost comes up to monthly or yearly.
It is also possible to enter the portion for the cost that you are responsible for. For example, if you are splitting the price with someone else in a 50/50 fashion, then you would enter 50% under "Percentage to Pay", and the sums would be based on this.
The renewal dates are determined on a frequency of "Monthly" or "Yearly".
Visualize your saving goals!
Enter your funding goal, as well as the amount you have so far — the rest is done for you. Serves as a fun way to motivate you to save save save 💰.
Keep track of, and plan, your travel adventures. I have added everything I could possibly think of that could come in handy when on the road.
For example: Accommodation information, contact, flight tickets, etc.
A database to collect the shows and movies that you are planning to watch, or have already completed.
They are categorized into Movie/Show, IMDb rating, genre, release date, and if they are available on Netflix (Canada).
Keeping track if your board game inventory can come in quite handy — especially when trying to decide what to play, or who has borrowed what. At least these are the reasons why I decided to create one for my boyfriend and I.
The information I collected was extracted from BoardGameGeek, like: BGG score, number of players, difficulty, playing time, etc.
Database relations came in really handy in this area.
I created three databases to track everything health-related. Every one of these databases are related to the rest, as such:
I have recently become very interested in self-care and skincare. As I started collecting more and more products, it became quite overwhelming to keep track of all of them — so I created this. While this one if particular is for skincare, it could be adapted for other uses (e.g. makeup)
This section is also comprised of three databases that interact with each other:
For some, it may also be valuable to display the skincare products that are expiring soon in the D A S H B O A R D.
